Travelling from to Paphos Airport!

There is one designated pick up point  when travelling to Paphos Airport from Larnaca .

1. Larnaca Airport - From our office located at the arrival area next to the Exit to the Bus.

2. Larnaca Headquarters located in 11 Aigyptou Street,6030 close to Faneromenis Church.

You can travel from/ to Paphos Airport to Ayia Napa for the price of 27€ and from to Protaras for the price of  €30-One Way


Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 16

Save on Travel with our Monthly Card!

We have a monthly card available with unlimited usage on our routes from/to Larnaca Airport to Nicosia only.

The monthly card is available only for staff working at Larnaca Airport.

Lost Property

If you have lost or left something whilst travelling on one of our buses, and it has been found,it will be kept in our main office.

We are open  Monday - Sunday from 08.00 to 23.00 hrs 

Luggage

You may carry free of charge :

1. One (1)  piece of luggage up to 20kg 

2. One (1) carry - on bag (8 kg )in weight

*Please check your flight luggage allowance with your airline before you pack!

Company’s policy on Damaged Baggage

 The passenger shall report any damage to his / hers baggage at the time of arrival at the station of destination, and details describing the damage shall be clearly indicated on Damage report completed by the Officer in charge at the station, by giving details as follows:

 

• A photo and dimensions of the damaged baggage
• Purchase date and receipt of baggage 
• Assessment report and receipt by the repairer
• Passport
• Bus ticket 

 

No claim will be accepted in the case where passenger has left the station without declaring the damage at station forthwith after the discovery of the damage and at the latest within 12 hours from the date of the event giving sufficient proofs that the damage occurred while under the care of Kapnos Airport Shuttle (The Company)otherwise claim will be rejected.

 

The company will not accept liability for damages due to Wear and Tear which includes and not limited to:

• Scratches, dents, dirt and stains
• Damage due to over-packed baggage (i.e zipper drivers)
• Loss of items attached to the bag (external locks, mats, security straps)
• Lost, broken or damaged handles
• Musical instruments and any other special baggage under limited release label.
• Damaged fragile items

In the case where the Company establishes  that the damageto the bag rest with the Company’s full responsibility, then a settlement process will bi initiated and the passenger will either granted a reasonable amount for the purpose or repairing the bag or if the bag is considered as total loss ,the passenger will be compensated in accordance with the value of the bag and in any way not more than €100 for a large luggage and €50 for a cabin luggage size.

The company will not accept liability for any damage(unless at fault of the company ) of personal items accidentally lost or left behind on the bus or at the Station

The company shall not accept claims made for items such as jewelry / precious metal or watches / gems / money /mobile telephones/ laptops/ medicine, medical devices, business and official documents and passports or any other valuables, as such items should always carried by care and passengers’ full responsibility.

Tickets

If you have purchase an Online ticket it is your responsibility to check the details to ensure that they are correct on the screen before payment is made and it is your responsibility to check at the time of receipt that all details are printed correct.Copy of your ticket must be presented at the time of departure.

Passengers travelling on the bus without a ticket will be imposed to a fine of 50€.

if an adult is caught with a child 'a fare he will be prosecuted for false information and there will be a fine of 50€

Students fares are valid as from the 01/09/23 when travelling from to Paphos Airport only. Students who do not present valid student card are not entitle to the student fare .If a passenger is caught with a student ticket and it's not entitled to there will be a fine of 50€

Cancelling your ticket :

 To cancel your ticket you have to send an email to the following address:

Refund Policy:

1. In order to be eligible for a refund you need to send an email to the above address  24 hours from your departure time in which case a blanket of one (1) euro per ticket will withheld as a cancellation fee.

 

2. At any other cases (Less than 24 hours from the departure time or No-Show) the full amount will be withheld.

 

Wi-Fi

If Wi-Fi is unavailable no refund will be offered!

Flight delay?

If your flight is delayed you can rebook to a later journey with no extra charge!Just visit our airport office upon your arrival!

In a 100 meters from our Nicosia station and after you cross the bridge over Limassol Avenue,there is a bus stop .You may use the Cyprus Public Transport Buses  - nbr 3 and 4 to Solomos Square.Buses with route nbr 3 pass every 20 minutes (05.00-21.30),and buses with number 4 pass every 20 minutes (05.15-20.15).Ticket price is 2.40 euros.For more information please visit www.publictransport.com.cy

 

With the same bus routes, you can return to our Nicosia station from Solomos Square.
